不同癌细胞系对斑蝥酸钠的药物敏感性检测

Drug susceptibility to sodium cantharidate of different cancer cell lines

摘要:

目的检测不同肿瘤细胞对斑蝥酸钠（sodium cantharidinate，SCA）药物敏感性的差异。方法培养14类肿瘤的22种细胞系，MTT法检测不同癌细胞对SCA的药物敏感性，流式细胞仪检测SCA对细胞周期和凋亡的影响。结果SCA对22种癌细胞系均有增殖抑制作用，且呈剂量依赖性。SCA能阻滞肿瘤细胞在G2／M期，抑制细胞增殖，诱导细胞凋亡，且作用呈现显著的剂量依赖关系。结论SCA作为一种广谱抗肿瘤药物，可能通过抑制细胞增殖，诱导细胞凋亡发挥作用。

Abstract:

Objective To test drug susceptibility to sodium cantharidinate （SCA） of different cancer cell lines. Methods Drug susceptibility to SCA was tested by MTT method in 22 cell lines from 14 cancer types. Cell cycle and apoptosis of cancer cell lines after SCA treatment were detected by flow cytometry. Results SCA inhibited the proliferation of all 22 cancer cell lines. And SCA blocked the cell cycle at G~/M phase and induced apoptosis of these cancer cells. Conclusion Results indicate that SCA may be used for cancer treatment.
