补阳还五汤治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效评价

摘要:

目的观察补阳还五汤治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效。方法对18例难治性肾病综合征患者在原有治疗基础上联合补阳还五汤，观察I临床疗效及第12周和第24周的白细胞计数、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、24h尿蛋白定量、肾功能、血浆白蛋白、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、纤维蛋白原和D-二聚体指标的变化，并与疗前比较。结果完全缓解3例，显著缓解7例，部分缓解5例，无效3例，总有效率83．3％。治疗第12周、第24周的24h尿蛋白定量、肾功能、血浆白蛋白、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、纤维蛋白原和D-二聚体与治疗前比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论补阳还五汤是治疗难治性肾病综合征有效方剂。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu decoction in treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods Eighteen patients with refractory nephritic syndrome were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of conventional therapy. The white blood cell counts, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, 24-h urinary protein, renal function, serum albumin, cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, fibrinogen and D-direct were measured 12 and 24 weeks after treatment. Results Complete remission was achieved in 3 cases, significant remission in 7 cases and partial remission in 5 cases; while treatment was invalid in 3 cases with an overall effective rate of 83.3%. The laboratory indicators at 12 and 24 weeks after treatment were significantly improved compared to those before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu decoction is an effective prescription for refractory nephrotic syndrome.
