孕期应激及对子代HPA轴的影响及机制探讨

摘要:
动物实验表明,孕期应激可以改变子代下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的功能,并与人类和动物的认知障碍、行为和精神疾病相关。本研究讨论了孕期应激对子代HPA轴的影响及可能的机制,其中,母体糖皮质激素、胎盘、子代HPA轴负反馈调节受损是重要因素。各种因素的具体机制及各因素间的相互作用仍需进一步研究。

Effects of prenatal stress on HPA axis of offspring and its mechanism

Abstract:
Animal studies have revealed that prenatal stress can alter the function of hypothalamic- pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis of the offspring, which is related to abnormal cognitive, behavioral and psychosocial outcomes in both animals and humans in later life. This article reviews the possible mechanisms of such effects, among which maternal glucocorticoid, placenta and impaired fetal HPA axis negative feedback may be crucial factors, however, their specific effect and the interaction between various factors need to be further investigated.
