| YAP是Hippo信号通路的核效应因子，是此信号通路中高度保守的成分，在细胞增殖和凋亡过程中起重要作用。已发现在多种恶性肿瘤中存在YAP的异常表达，提示YAP在肿瘤的发生和发展有重要的作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| YAP （yes-associated protein） is a nuclear effector of the Hippo signal pathway, which is a highly conserved component in the pathway and plays a key role in cell proliferation and apoptosis. Abnormal expression of YAP gene are detected in various malignant tumor, which indicates that YAP may be involved in occurrence and development of cancers. |
