| This article reviews the synthesis in vivo, biological characteristics and roles of miRNAs in tumor invasion and metastasis, and focuses on its role in tumor angiogenesis and signal transduction. The article also explores the potential use of miRNAs as novel diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets. |
