| 目的调查经桡动脉行冠脉介入术后血管并发症的发生情况及其影响因素。方法筛选419例经桡动脉行冠脉介入术后发生血管并发症的相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果165例（39.4%）有不同程度的并发症。其中,感觉异常127例（30.3%）、疼痛79例（18.9%）、出血68例（16.2%）、肿胀43例（10.3%）、水泡16例（3.8%）。结论经桡动脉行冠脉介入术后血管并发症受多种因素的影响,临床医护工作者应考虑其影响因素,有针对地采取各项医疗措施,降低并发症的发生率。 |

| Postoperative vascular complications and risk factors in percutaneous coronary intervention via radial artery |

| Objective To analyze the postoperative vascular complications and risk factors in percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）via radial artery. Methods The clinical data of 419 patients, who underwent PCI via radial artery in Shanghai Tenth People＇s Hospital during January and December 2012, were retrospectively analyzed. Results Postoperative vascular complications occurred in 165 patients（39.4% ）, including topoparensthesia in 127 cases（30.3% ） ; different levels of pain in 79（18.9%）; bleeding in 68（16.2%）; swelling in 43（10.3%）; blister in 16(3.8%). No arteriovenous fistula and pseudoaneurysm occurred in this series. Conclusion The postoperative vascular complications of percutaneous coronary intervention via radial artery are associated with many factors and proper measures should be taken to reduce its complications. |
