| 目的分析2型糖尿病患者肾小球滤过率（Glomerular Filtration Rate,GFR）的影响因素。方法以99m锝（Tc）-二乙三胺（DTPA）肾动态显像测定GFR的310例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,探讨糖尿病患者GFR的影响因素。结果高血压组的GFR比血压正常组明显下降;GFR与年龄、糖尿病病程、体质量指数、收缩压、尿素氮、血肌酐、尿微量白蛋白、尿β2-微球蛋白呈负相关;与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白呈正相关;年龄、体质量指数、血肌酐是影响2型糖尿病患者GFR的独立相关因素。结论体质量、血压、血糖、尿白蛋白是糖尿病肾病的危险因素,积极控制可以减少和延缓糖尿病肾病的发生和发展。 |

| Objective To determine the glomerular filtration rate（GFR） and effecting factors in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The GFR of 310 patients with type 2 diabetes was evaluated by99mTC-DTPA dynamic renal imaging method,and the effecting factors of GFR was analyzed.Results The GFR was negatively correlated with age,course of diabetes,body mass index（BMI）,systolic pressure（SBP）,blood rrea nitrogen（BUN）,serum creatinine（Scr）,urinary albumin（MAU）,Beta-2-microglobulin（β?-MG）,and positively correlated with fasting blood-glucose（FBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1C）.Multivariate regression analysis showed that Scr,BMI and age were independent effective factors for GFR in type 2 diabetes.Conclusion Body weight,blood pressure,FBG and urinary albumin are risk factors of diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes. |
