目的探讨BI-RADS-US分级在超声中对乳腺疾病临床价值。方法应用彩色高频超声对99例患者(共有103个病灶)进行双侧乳腺检查并采用BI-RADS-US分级诊断标准进行评价。结果3级56例,经病理证实良性50例(89.3%),恶性6例(10.7%)。4级41例,经病理证实良性7例(17.1%),恶性34例(82.9%)5级6例。经病理证实6例均为恶性(100%)。结论在乳腺超声检查中,应用BI-RADS-US分级对乳腺疾病具有临床价值。 |

Objective To evaluate breast imaging report and data system-ultrasonograpy (BI-RADS- US) classification of high-frequency color ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of breast diseases. Methods Ninety-nine patients with 103 breast lesions underwent bilateral breast examination with high-frequency color ultrasonography, and the results were classified according to BI-RADS-US. Results In 99 patients(103 breast lesions), 50 out 56 grade Ⅲ breast lesions were histopathologically confirmed as benign(89.3% ) and 6 were malignant (10.7% );7 out 41 grade IV breast lesions were benign( 17.1%) and 34 were malignant (82.9%); while 6 grade V breast lesions were all confirmed as malignant(100.0% ). Conclusion BI-RADS-US classification is of clinical value in differential diagnosis of breast diseases. |
