| 目的了解多发性抽动症儿童家长对儿童多发性抽动症相关知识的了解现状及其焦虑情绪的发生情况。方法采用一般情况调查表、疾病知识问卷和焦虑自评量表对150例多发性抽动症儿童家长进行调查,并与对照组进行对比分析。结果多发性抽动症儿童家长中约67.3%对疾病相关知识不甚了解,38.0%存在焦虑情绪,焦虑自评量表得分与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义（t=53.97,P〈0.01）。家长焦虑情绪与患儿病程、合并学习障碍及家长对儿童多发性抽动症知识的了解水平呈显著性相关（r=0.107、0.312、0.412,P〈0.05、〈0.01、〈0.01）。结论在诊治多发性抽动症儿童的同时应做好健康教育工作,并关注家长的心理状况。 |

| Objective To survey the awareness and anxiety in parents of children with Tourette＇s syndrome （TS）. Methods A questionnaire survey on the awareness of the disease and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） were conducted in 150 parents of TS children. Results 67.3% of the parents had little knowledge of the disease and 38.0% of the parents were anxious. There was a significant difference in SAS scores between patients of TS children and controls （t=53.97, P〈0.01 ）. The incidence of anxiety was correlated significantly with the courses of the disease, learning disability of TS children and awareness level of the parents （r=0.107, P〈0.05 ; r=0.312, P〈0.01 and r= 0.412, P〈0. 01, respectively）. Conclusion The results indicate that health education and psychologic status for parents of TS children should be taken into consideration. |
