| 近年来,全肘关节置换术(total elbow arthroplasty, TEA)越来越多地应用于老年粉碎性肱骨远端骨折,且已表现出较为满意的临床疗效。但由于肘关节结构的复杂性,其术后仍存在较高的感染、假体松动、异位骨化等并发症风险。并发症的发生与手术适应证的把握、假体的选择、手术技巧以及术后康复等诸多因素相关。本文对全肘关节置换治疗老年粉碎性肱骨远端骨折过程中面临的诸多因素进行综述。 |

| Abstract: |
| Total elbow arthroplasty (TEA) is used for senile comminuted distal humeral fractures recently and shows satisfactory clinical efficacy. However, there is still a high risk of postoperative complications including infections, prosthesis loosening and heterotopic ossification due to the complex structure of the elbow joint. The rate of complications depends on many factors: identification of operational indications, selection of the prosthesis, surgical techniques and postoperative rehabilitation. In this paper, we review the related factors and progress of TEA in treatment of comminuted distal humeral fractures in elderly patients. |
