Abstract: |
Objective To investigate the CA125 and cytokines levels in serum and peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis (EMT), and their clinical significance. Methods One hundred and nine EMT patients, including 45 cases of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and 64 cases of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ were enrolled from 2011 January to 2015 August; 64 patients with benign gynecological diseases were also enrolled as control group. The levels of CA125, VEGF, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in serum and peritoneal fluid were measured by ELISA method. ResultsThe levels of CA125, VEGF, IL-1β, IL-6, L-8 and TNF-α in serum and peritoneal fluid of EMT patients were significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.05). The level of CA125, VEGF, IL-1β, IL-6, L-8 and TNF-α in serum and peritoneal fluid of EMT Ⅲ-Ⅳ group were significantly higher than those in EMT Ⅰ-Ⅱ group(all P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of CA125, VEGF, IL-1β, IL-6, L-8 and TNF-α in serum and peritoneal fluid are increased in EMT patients and the levels are increasing with the disease stages. |
