阳明经针法结合作业治疗对偏瘫患者上肢功能活动的影响

摘要:

目的 探讨阳明经针法结合作业治疗对偏瘫患者上肢功能活动的影响。方法 根据治疗方式,将68例偏瘫患者分为观察组(35例)和对照组(33例)。对照组单纯药物治疗和针灸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加作业治疗,分析两种治疗方法的临床效果。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的手功能改善有效率94.3%(33/35)显著高于对照组72.7%(24/33)(χ²=5.82,P<0.05)；两组患者腕关节活动度得分显著高于治疗前,且观察组的腕关节活动度得分显著高于对照组(t=1.97、3.28、3.62、1.58,P<0.05)。出院时,两组Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分显著高于入院时(P<0.05),观察组Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 阳明经针法结合作业治疗对偏瘫患者上肢功能活动的疗效显著,可以有效改善患者的患侧手功能和腕部关节活动度,提高上肢运动功能,临床应用价值高。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with occupational therapy in rehabilitation of upper limb function of hemiplegic patients. Methods Sixty eight hemiplegic patients were assigned to study group (n=35) and control group (n=33). Both groups received basic drug therapy and acupuncture, patients in study group received additional occupational therapy. The efficacy of upper limb function was compared between two groups. ResultsThe overall effective rate of upper limb function in study group and control group was 94.3%(33/35)and 72.7%(24/33), respectively (χ²=5.82,P<0.05). The scores of wrist function after treatment in both groups were higher than those before treatment; and the scores in study group after treatment were also higher than those in control group(t=1.97,3.28,3.62,1.58,P<0.05). The scores of Fugl-Meyer of upper limb function after treatment were higher than those at admission in both group, and Fugl-Meyer scores in study group were higher than those in control group after treatment (P<0.05). ConclusionCombination of acupuncture and occupational therapy can effectively improve upper limb function of hemiplegic patients.
