| 肿瘤扩散转移是视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma, RB)患儿死亡的主要原因。近年来兴起的个体化综合治疗对尚未发生转移的RB有较好的疗效,但对于转移病例疗效仍欠佳。探索RB转移的机制及抑制肿瘤转移的方法对提高RB患儿生存率有重要意义。本文综述RB转移机制及基因治疗的研究进展。 |

| Abstract: |
| Metastasis is the major reason of death in children with retinoblastoma. At present there is no particularly effective treatment for metastatic retinoblastoma. In this article we review the progress of mechanism of retinoblastoma and related gene therapies, including the suicide gene therapy, anti-angiogenesis therapy, suppressor gene therapy and oncolytic gene therapy. |
