目的 探讨桥本甲状腺炎(Hashimoto's thyroiditis, HT)合并甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma, PTC)患者血清中钙结合蛋白A4(serum calcium-binding protein A4, S100A4)、热休克蛋白(heat shock protein, HSP)60和细胞质胸苷激酶(cytoplasmic thymidine kinase, TK1)水平变化的临床意义。方法 分别抽取2010年1月至2015年6月122例TH合并PTC(TH+PTC组)、43例HT(HT组)和20例正常体检人(健康对照组)的血清标本,酶联免疫法检测各组血清S100A4、HSP60、TK1水平及其治疗前后变化,并探讨这些血清标志与HT+PTC组患者的HT和AJCC分期的关系。结果 HT合并PTC组和HT组的血清S100A4、HSP60和TK1明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。其中,在HT合并PTC组,血清S100A4、HSP60和TK1随HT病情加重和PTC分期升高而升高(P<0.01),但术后较术前明显降低(P<0.01);S100A4与HSP60(r=0.865,P<0.05)、TK1(r=0.679,P<0.05),HSP60与TK1(r=0.575,P<0.05)均呈正相关。结论 血清S100A4、HSP60、TK1联合检测有助于早期诊断HT合并PTC。 |

Objective To investigate serum calcium-binding protein A4(S100A4), heat shock protein(HSP) 60 and cytoplasmic thymidine kinase(TK1) in Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT) patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC). Methods One hundred and twenty two TH patients with PTC(HT + PTC group), 43 patients with HT(HT group) and 20 healthy subjects(control group) were recruited in the study from January 2010 to June 2015. Serum levels of S100A4, HSP60 and TK1 were measured by ELISA method. The correlation of these indicators with HT and AJCC staging was analyzed. Results Serum levels of S100A4, HSP60 and TK1 were significantly higher in HT with PTC group and HT group than those in control group(P<0.01), and increased as the severity of HT and the raise of PTC stages in HT with PTC group(P<0.01), and significantly lower after postoperation than before operation(P<0.01). Serum levels of S100A4 were positively correlated with HSP60(r=0.865, P<0.05) and TK1(r=0.679, P <0.05), and serum levels of HSP60 was positively correlated to serum TK1(r=0.575, P<0.05) in HT with PTC group. Conclusion The combined detections of serum levels of S100A4, HSP60 and TK1 are helpful for early diagnosis of HT with PTC. |
