| 乳腺癌是女性最常见恶性肿瘤之一。研究发现RECQL(RECQ1,RECQL1)基因作为一种RecQ解螺旋酶,与乳腺癌的发生有关。该基因在细胞增殖、迁移、DNA损伤修复和染色体稳定性方面发挥重要作用。然而其功能与作用机制还有待于进一步研究。本文对RECQL基因的作用机制及其在乳腺癌中的研究现状进行综述。 |

| Abstract: |
| Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women. Recent studies have revealed the relationship between RECQL gene and breast cancer. RECQL as a RecQ helicase plays an important role in cell proliferation, cell migration, DNA damage repair and chromosome stability. However, the function and mechanism of RECQL remains unclear. In this review, we highlight the emerging evidence on the association of RECQL gene with breast cancer. |
