目的 建立一种有效的中药汤剂包材中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯迁移量的检测方法。方法采用COSMOSIL 5C18-AR-Ⅱ(4.6 ID ×150mm)C18色谱柱分离,流动相为乙腈、甲醇、水(90∶10∶0.5),进样量,对照品20μl样品40μl,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长224nm。检测灌装后邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的迁移量。结果质量浓度与其峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.99949),邻苯二甲酸二辛酯成分在15min内得到了较好分离。检出限为1.534566mg/L,平均加标回收率为101.4070%,仪器精密度相对标准偏差为0.501%,方法相对标准偏差2.101%。结论本方法灵敏、简便,适用于中药汤剂包材中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯迁移量的检测。 |

Detection of dioctyl phthalate migration contained in Chinese decoction packing materials |

Abstract: |
Objective To establish an effective detection method of dioctyl phthalate(DEHP) migration contained in Chinese decoction packing materials. MethodsCOSMOSIL 5C18-AR-Ⅱ (4.6ID × 150mm) C18 chromatogram column separation was performed with mobile phase of acetonitrile, methanol and water (90∶10∶0.5), sample size of 20μl (for control) and 40μl (for sample), flow rate of 1.0ml/min, column temperature of 30 ℃ and detection wavelength of 224nm. The amount of DEHP migration after filling was detected. ResultsMass concentration and peak area from each component had good linear relationship (r=0.99949), and the DEPH component was separated within 15min. Detection limit was 1.534566mg/L with average recovery of 101.4070%. The instrument precision relative standard deviation was 0.501%, method relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.101%. ConclusionThe established method is sensitive and convenient, suitable for detection of dioctyl phthalate migration contained in Chinese decoction packing materials. |
