非编码RNA是一类不能被翻译为蛋白质的RNA分子,在生物体内发挥着广泛的调节作用,从表观上影响生物体的发育过程和相关疾病。越来越多研究发现隶属于非编码RNA类群中的miRNAs和lncRNAs可以影响神经再生的多个方面,例如神经干细胞的增殖,神经元的形成,成熟和突触发生等,而目前诱导神经再生是治疗神经系统疾病的重要思路之一,因此本文对近年来发现的非编码RNA在神经系统疾病的预测、治疗、预后等方面所发挥的重要作用进行归纳阐述。 |

Abstract: |
Noncoding RNAs,which cannot be translated into a protein, but play a vital role in biological development and diseases of the organism. MicoRNAs and lncRNAs belong to non-coding RNAs. More and more studies have found that miRNAs and lncRNAs can affect many processes in nerve regeneration, such as proliferation of neural stem cells, differentiation and maturation of neurons, and synaptogenesis. At present, induction of adult neurogenesis is one of the approaches to solve neurological diseases. This review outlines the application of non-coding RNAs in the prediction, treatment and prognosis of neurological diseases. |
