| 在中华医学会皮肤性病学分会的领导下，银屑病专业委员会全体成员在2014版《银屑病治疗指南》的基础上，经过反复讨论和商榷，对原版指南进行补充和修订，形成了2018版《中国银屑病诊疗指南》。新指南对国内外目前诊断和治疗银屑病的主要方法进行了总结，提出了统一的银屑病严重程度评估标准及规范化治疗方法，以提高银屑病诊断准确率，正确评估治疗过程，减少不良反应的发生，提高皮肤科医生的银屑病诊疗水平。本文就新指南的要点进行解读。 |

| With the modification of 2014 edition, the Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Psoriasis in China（2014 edition） of Chinese Society of Dermatology has been issued. The new guideline summarizes the current methods for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis at home and abroad, and proposes a unified criterion for evaluating the severity of psoriasis and standardizes the therapeutic methods. The new guideline will contribute to improving the diagnostic accuracy, assessing the treatment process and reducing adverse reactions of psoriasis. This article interprets the main contents of the new guideline. |
