生物活性玻璃促进大鼠口腔溃疡愈合疗效观察

摘要:
目的 探讨生物活性玻璃对口腔溃疡愈合的疗效。方法 利用物理及化学方法在60只SD大鼠下切牙唇侧牙龈制造口腔溃疡模型。随机分为4组: A组使用45S5生物活性玻璃膜黏附于溃疡表面;B组使用曲安奈德口腔软膏涂抹溃疡表面;C组使用空白的聚乙烯醇膜黏附于溃疡表面;D组为空白对照组,溃疡表面不进行处理。造模后0、3、6、9、12、15d观测各组大鼠溃疡形态及愈合情况。结果 造模后第3天,A组与B组的溃疡面积均有一定程度减小,与C、D组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B组间差异无统计学意义;C组的溃疡面积变化不大,而D组的溃疡面积增大明显。造模后第6、9、12天,A组面积变化率高于B、C、D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C、D组面积变化率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 45S5生物活性玻璃膜可促进大鼠口腔溃疡愈合,且促愈合的效果在溃疡愈合后期优于曲安奈德口腔软膏。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of bioactive glass 45S5 on the healing of oral ulcer. Methods Sixty Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into four groups: in group A, bioactive glass (BG) membrane was applied to the ulcer area; in group B, triamcinolone acetonide dental paste was applied to the ulcer area; in group C, the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) membrane was stuck to the ulcer area; in group D, there was no any treatment. The oral ulcer model was induced on the labial side gum of the incised tooth in SD rats. On d0, d3, d6, d9, d12, d15 after the operation, the changes of ulcer areas were recorded. Results On d3, the area of ulcer in both group A and group B was reduced when compared to group C and group D (P<0.05), there was no significant difference in the change rate between group A and group B. The ulcer area of group C was not increasea lot, while that of group D increased further. On d6, d9 and d12 the change rate in group A was higher than that in groups B, C and D (P<0.05), while there were no significant differences in change rate among groups B, C and D (P>0.05). Conclusion Bioactive glass 45S5 can promote the healing rate of oral ulcer in rats, and the efficacy is better than that of triamcinolone acetonide in the late stage.
