| 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease, AD)是一种神经退行性疾病。主观认知下降(subjective cognitive decline, SCD)被认为是AD的临床前阶段，早期识别SCD可以将AD的防治关口前移。在SCD的众多诊断方法中，神经影像技术被认为是比较有前景的。本文就SCD结构磁共振、功能磁共振、扩散张量成像、PET/SPECT等影像学研究进展予以综述。 |

| Abstract: |
| Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a common neurodegenerative disease. Subjective cognitive decline (SCD) is considered as the pre-clinical stage of AD, and early recognition of SCD can make the prevention and treatment of AD in advance. Among the diagnostic methods of SCD, neuroimaging technique is more promising. This article reviews the research progress of structural magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), functional MRI, diffusion tensor MRI and PET/SPECT for diagnosis of SCD in Alzheimer’s disease. |
