缺氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia inducible factor-1, HIF-1)是一类介导缺氧适应性反应的转录因子,参与调节多种缺氧反应相关基因及其作用通路。卵泡发育的不同阶段及排卵过程通常处于缺氧的状态,HIF-1通过血管内皮细胞生长因子、促红细胞生成素、葡萄糖转运蛋白和糖酵解酶等靶基因,参与卵泡的发育调节。本文就HIF-1在卵泡发育以及排卵过程中的表达、作用机制等进行综述。 |

Abstract: |
Hypoxia inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) is a kind of transcription factors that mediates hypoxia adaptive response to regulate the expression of many hypoxia response genes. Hypoxia induces the production of HIF-1, which participates in the regulation of follicular development through target genes such as vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) erythropoietin (EPO), glucose transporter and glycolytic enzyme. This article reviews the expression, mechanism and significance of HIF-1 in follicular development and ovulation. |
