| 目的探讨前置胎盘状态妊娠中期引产出血的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2013年12月—2019年12月上海交通大学医学院附属国际和平妇幼保健院收治的142例胎盘前置状态中期妊娠引产孕妇的临床资料，孕周为12～27周。收集患者年龄、孕周、产次、前次分娩方式、剖宫产次数、人工流产次数、前置胎盘类型及位置、胎盘粘连/植入情况、引产方法等临床资料，回顾性分析以上因素与引产出血量的相关性。结果前置胎盘状态妊娠中期引产出血受多因素影响，孕周是最主要的高危因素（OR=16.902），居于首位，其次为胎盘因素(胎盘粘连/植入, OR=8.525）。结论对胎盘前置状态中期妊娠孕妇进行引产时，术前需充分了解病史、评估高危因素，从而采取恰当的处理，对减少引产出血的发生具有重要的意义。 |

| ObjectiveTo analyze the risk factors of bleeding in patients with placenta previa undergoing pregnancy termination in the second trimester. MethodsA retrospective study was performed on 142 patients with placenta previa at 12 to 27 weeks of gestation who underwent pregnant termination in the International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital from December 2013 to December 2019. The association of maternal and placental factors with bleeding during labor induction was analyzed. ResultsMultivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that gestation age（OR=16.902, 95%CI： 2.094-136.442, P<0.05) and placental adhesion/accrete（OR=8.525, 95%CI： 2.797-25.983，P<0.05) were independent risk factors for bleeding during induced labor in pregnant women with placenta previa. ConclusionFor the pregnant women with placenta previa undergoing pregnancy termination in the second trimester, it is necessary to evaluate the risk factors and take appropriate treatment before induced labor. |
