| DNA甲基化是最常见的表观遗传修饰之一，在基因表达、基因组稳定性和肿瘤的发生发展上具有重要的作用。DNA甲基化标志物检测具有简单、经济和组织特异性的特征，可用于肿瘤早期诊断、预后评估和疗效监测等，具有很高的临床应用价值。本文就DNA甲基化特征、作用机制、检测方法以及在女性生殖系统肿瘤等的临床应用最新进展进行评述，以提高DNA甲基化检测在妇科肿瘤精准诊断中的水平。 |

| Abstract: |
| DNA methylation is one of the most common epigenetic modifications involved in gene expression, genome stability and tumor development. Detection of DNA methylation markers have the advantages of simple method, less cost and strong tissue specificity. The clinical application of DNA methylation detection includes early diagnosis, prognosis evaluation, efficacy monitoring and so on. This commentary reviews the characteristics, mechanism, detection methods of DNA methylation, and the latest progress of clinical application in female reproductive system tumors, which may assist accurate diagnosis of gynecological tumors. |
