牙周炎是成年人失牙的首要原因。目前的治疗方法能有效阻止炎症进一步发展,但牙周组织再生仍然是临床亟待解决的难题。研究表明干细胞移植可以促进牙周组织再生。与传统的二维细胞培养技术相比,三维培养细胞的形态及分子调控与体内细胞更接近。本文就牙周组织再生中细胞治疗策略的细胞应用种类、应用方式及其优缺点,以及三维多细胞球体培养技术在牙周组织再生中的研究进展进行综述。 |

Abstract: |
Periodontitis is the principle cause of adult tooth loss. Conventional treatments for periodontitis can prevent the progression of the active disease, but the regeneration of lost tissues remains a clinical challenge. Studies have shown that stem cell transplantation can promote periodontal tissue regeneration. Compared to the traditional two-dimensional culture of cell monolayers, cells grown in a three-dimensional context display more similarities to cells in vivo in morphology and molecular regulation. This article reviews the cell types, application methods and advantages and disadvantages of cellular strategies in periodontal tissue regeneration, as well as the research progress of three-dimensional multicellular spheroid culture in periodontal tissue regeneration. |
