催产素作为中枢神经调质参与社会行为及情绪障碍的发生及调控逐渐被重视。本文就催产素与焦虑症的神经生物学研究近期进展做一综述,阐明催产素介导焦虑情绪及调控焦虑样行为的作用受体、脑区、神经元类型及相关环路,同时就催产素及其受体系统与焦虑情绪相关的表观遗传学调控及临床应用进行简介,旨在为拓展催产素在焦虑症相关精神疾病中的应用提供借鉴与依据。 |

Abstract: |
The role of oxytocin as a neuromodulator in regulating behavior and emotion has been recognized. This article reviews the recent research advances in the mechanisms of oxytocin regulating anxiety-like behavior, focusing on the related receptors, neurons and downstream brain regions, as well as the neurotransmitters and neuroendocrine system. At the same time, the epigenetic regulation and related receptors of oxytocin are briefly introduced to provide reference for its clinical application in the treatment of anxiety disorders. |
