| 克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease, CD)是一种慢性进行性炎症性肠道疾病，其表现为反复缓解和复发的病程，并可累及从口腔到肛门的全消化道。该疾病的主要治疗策略是针对机体免疫反应的治疗，目前尚无完全治愈的方法。外科手术长期以来仅用于CD并发症的治疗。然而，高达70%~80%的CD患者在其一生中至少接受过1次手术，其中高达30%的患者由于疾病复发而需要再次手术。早期的外科手术干预可以有效地诱导局限性CD的缓解，并提高患者的生活质量。本文综述了早期外科手术在CD中的治疗现状，为手术在CD治疗中的作用提供新的见解。 |

| Crohn’s disease(CD) is a chronic progressive inflammatory bowel disease with repeated remission and relapse, which can affect the entire digestive tract from the mouth to the anus. The main treatment strategy is to target the body’s immune response, and there is no cure so far. For a long time, surgery has been the only treatment for CD complications; up to 70%-80% of CD patients will undergo at least one operation in their lifetime, and up to 30% of these patients will undergo reoperation due to disease recurrence. Several recent studies suggest that early surgical intervention can effectively induce remission in the localized CD and improve patients’ quality of life. This article reviews the status quo of early surgical treatment in CD and provides new insights into the role of surgery in CD treatment. |
