NCF2基因编码的p67phox是一种典型的细胞质蛋白,广泛存在于哺乳动物的多种细胞。研究显示,NCF2/p67phox作为NADPH氧化酶的活化亚基,参与NADPH氧化酶/ROS介导的肿瘤生物学进程。本文从NCF2/p67phox的表达及调控、NADPH氧化酶在肿瘤中的作用、NCF2/p67phox在泛肿瘤的临床及基础研究进展等方面回顾文献,总结出NCF2/p67phox在肿瘤的热点研究方向。 |

P67phox encoded by NCF2 gene is a typical cytoplasmic protein widely present in various mammalian cells. Studies have shown that NCF2/p67phox, as the activator subunit of NADPH oxidase, participates in the biological process of tumors mediated by NADPH oxidase/ROS. This article reviews the research progress on NCF2/p67phox in pan-tumor, focusing on its expression in various tumors, and roles in regulating tumor biological behaviors through NADPH oxidase; and also discusses the hot research topics of NCF2/p67phox in tumors. |
