超声成像技术在脓毒症相关的急性肾损伤中的研究进展

摘要:
脓毒症相关的急性肾损伤(sepsis-associated acute kidney injury, S-AKI)是重症监护室常见的疾病,其早期诊断率不高,晚期缺乏有效的治疗手段,致死率较高。近些年,超声成像技术因其独特的优势在S-AKI的早期诊断及预后方面都有重要的价值。本文就超声成像技术在S-AKI中的研究进展进行阐述。

Abstract:
Sepsis-related acute kidney injury(S-AKI) is a common disease in intensive care units with a low early diagnosis rate and high fatality rate, there is a lack of effective treatment for late stage S-AKI. In recent years, color Doppler ultrasonography has shown an important value in the early diagnosis and prognosis of S-AKI due to its unique advantages. This article reviews the progress on the application of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis and prognosis of S-AKI.
