| 近年来，女性生育力保存的需求日益增加，目前主要使用的生育力保存方案是卵子、胚胎的玻璃化冷冻等辅助生殖技术。然而较之新鲜卵子、胚胎，玻璃化冷冻保存的卵子临床妊娠结局仍较低。因此，本文拟对冷冻保存对卵子产生的影响及可能机制进行综述，以期探讨如何减少冷冻保存对卵子的影响，使有生育力保存需求的女性获得更满意的生活质量。 |

| Abstract: |
| In recent years, there is an increasing demand for female fertility preservation. The main fertility preservation programs currently used are assisted reproductive techniques with vitrification and freezing of eggs and embryos. However, compared with fresh eggs and embryos, vitrified cryopreserved eggs have lower clinical pregnancy outcomes. This article reviews the effects of cryopreservation on egg production and the possible mechanism, and explores methods to reduce the impact of cryopreservation on eggs and to achieve satisfactory pregnant outcomes. |
