| 摘要: |
| 目的比较前交叉韧带（anterior cruciate ligament, ACL）解剖单束保残重建和ACL解剖双束重建治疗ACL损伤的手术效果。
方法随访2021年1月—2022年4月从上海交通大学医学院附属第六人民医院、上海交通大学医学院附属第一人民医院、上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院、上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院、同济大学附属东方医院符合诊断标准的患者200名，其中保残单束组100名，解剖双束组100名，进行术前术后膝关节功能的评估，随访1年。
结果ACL保残单束组和解剖双束组在术后1年的Lysholm评分、国际膝关节评分委员会膝关节评分差异均无统计学意义，解剖双束组在术后恢复对抗性运动的比例较高（P=0.041）。
结论ACL解剖单束保残重建和ACL解剖双束重建在术后恢复日常生活的差异不明显，若进行激烈的对抗性运动，则ACL解剖双束重建可能具有一定优势。 |

| ObjectiveTo compare the mid-term efficacy of anatomical single-bundle preservation reconstruction and anatomical double-bundle reconstruction for anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) injury.
MethodsA total of 200 patients with ACL admitted in Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital, Shanghai First People’s Hospital, Ruijin Hospital, Xinhua Hospital and the Eastern Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were enrolled in the study. Among them, 100 patients underwent preservation single-bundle reconstruction and 100 patients underwent anatomical double-bundle reconstruction. Preoperative and postoperative knee joint function evaluations were performed, and all patients were followed up for one year.
ResultsThere were no statistically significant differences in Lysholm scores and International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC) scores between the preservation single-bundle group and the anatomical double-bundle group at 1 year postoperatively. Compared to single-bundle group, the anatomical double-bundle group had a higher proportion of patients having recovery in competitive sport activities after surgery(P=0.041).
ConclusionThe difference in postoperative recovery of daily life activities is not significant between anatomical single-bundle preservation reconstruction and anatomical double-bundle reconstruction for ACL injury. However, anatomical double-bundle reconstruction has certain advantages in recovery of performing intense competitive sport activities. |
