| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨肠缺血再灌流引起肺损伤的细胞机制。方法 成年雄性SD大鼠，随机分为假手术、肠缺血、肠缺血再灌流三组，分别测定各组大鼠肺毛细血管通透性及肺组织髓过氧化酶(是中性粒细胞的特征酶)活性、丙二醛含量、过氧化物歧化酶活性。结果 缺血再灌流组肺髓过氧化酶活性、丙二醛含量及毛细血管通透性均高于缺血组及假手术组。结论 中性粒细胞在大鼠肠缺血再灌流致肺损伤中起了重要作用，介导着肺损伤的发生。 |
