| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨肺上叶切除术后胸腔上引流管的位置对残腔闭合的影响。方法 随机对 6 8例肺上叶切除后 ,胸腔上引流管分别放置于第 1肋间 (32例 )和第 2肋间 (36例 )进行连续每天 1次胸部X线透视 ,观察其残腔闭合情况。结果 胸腔上引流管置于第 1肋间者残腔的闭合明显比置于第 2肋间者迅速 ,残腔的迅速闭合明显减少了胸腔引流总量 ,缩短了带管时间 ,减少胸腔穿刺 ,调整胸腔引流管位置和再次置管的次数。结论 肺上叶切除术后胸腔上引流管放置于第 1肋间明显优于放置第 2肋间。 |
