| 目的探讨肝脏MR I检查各种伪影形成的原因,寻求减小或消除各种伪影的有效措施。方法对200名行肝脏MR I检查的患者进行回顾性分析、总结,对图像进行质量评价。结果200名患者中有72名患者的MR图像出现不同程度、不同类型的伪影。伪影出现率高达36%。结论了解各种伪影产生的原理,掌握减少或消除伪影的对策,对获得高质量的肝脏MR图像,提高肝脏MR I的诊断水平有重要意义。 |
