| 目的分析化脓性眼内炎病原体及其药物敏感试验,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对201例临床诊断为化脓性眼内炎的房水或玻璃体标本进行涂片、细菌培养、真菌培养,对病原体涂片、培养阳性的菌株种类及药物敏感试验结果进行分析。结果总的病原体检出率为47.26%,涂片阳性率16.42%,培养阳性率38.31%,混合感染3.48%。主要致病菌为表皮葡萄球菌(23.81%),B群链球菌(7.14%)、金黄葡萄球菌(7.14%)、铜绿假单胞菌(7.14%)。G 菌对万古霉素(76.92%)、氧氟沙星(71.79%)敏感,G-菌对庆大霉素(69.23%)、妥布霉素(65.38%)、阿米卡星(65.38%)敏感。结论涂片检查在真菌性眼内炎的诊断中有重要价值,细菌培养及药物敏感试验有助于指导临床用药。 |
