| 目的 探讨宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切除术对妊娠结局的影响。方法 随访及分析2008年11月至2010年12月有生育要求的行宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切除54例患者的术后妊娠率及活婴率。结果 术后妊娠率为67.3%,活婴率为55.8%,6例(11.5%)现孕12~20周,随访观察中.除2例胎盘粘连外,未发现其他产科相关并发症。结论 宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切除术是治疗子宫纵隔安全简便的方法,特别是对于有不孕症史的妇女,可显著提高妊娠率及活婴率。 |

| Objective To evaluate the fertility and pregnant outcomes following hysteroscopic septal resection.Methods Fifty-four women with uterine septum underwent hysteroscopic metroplasty with septal resection from November 2008 to December 2010.Fifty two out 54 patients were followed up and their outcomes of fertility and pregnancy were retrospectively reviewed.Results The pregnancy rate in this group was 67.3%(35/52),including 29cases of full-term delivery(55.8%) and 6 pregnant cases(11.5%)of 12-20weeks.No major obstetric complications were found except 2cases of placenta accreta.Conclusion Hysteroscopic septum resection is a safe and effective procedure,which improves the pregnancy rate and live birth rate for infertile women. |
