| 目的观察阿托伐他汀对老年代谢综合征合并骨质疏松患者骨密度，血胰岛素等的影响。方法选择60例老年老年代谢综合征合并骨质疏松患者，随机分成两组：用阿托伐他汀组（30例）及空白对照组（30例）。治疗组每晚服用阿托伐他汀20mg，持续1年。比较两组患者的C-反应蛋白（C-reactiveprotein，CRP）、空腹血糖（fastingbloodglucose，FPG）、空腹胰岛素（fastinginsulin，FINS）、总胆固醇（totalcholesterol，TC）、高密度脂蛋白（highdensitylipoprotein，HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白（10wdensitylipoprotein，LDL-C）、甘油三酯（triglyceride，TG）、骨钙素（boneglaprotein，BGP）及骨密度（bonemineraldensity，BMD）水平。结果阿托伐他汀组的CRP、FPG、FINS、TC、LDL-C、TG、BMD较空白对照组低，HDL-C、BGP较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀对代谢综合征的血脂紊乱有明确改善作用，对提高代谢综合征患者的骨密度有益。 |

| Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin calcium on bone mineral density in elderly metabolic syndrome patients complicated with osteoporosis. Methods Sixty patients with metabolic syndrome and osteoporosis were randomly divided into atorvastatin group （n=30） and control group （n=30）. The CRP, FPG, FINS, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, BGP and BMD were measured and compared between two groups. Results The CRP, FPG, FINS, TC, LDL-C, TG and BGP were significantly lower in atorvastatin group than those in control group. The HDL-C and BMD was higher in atorvastatin group than those in control group. Conclusion Atorvastatin Calcium is favorable to the increase of bone density in elderly metabolic syndrome patients complicated with osteoporosis. |
