| 长链非编码RNA（10ngnoncodingRNAs，lncRNAs）是人类基因组中广泛转录的一类转录本长度超过200nt的非编码RNA。越来越多研究表明，lncRNAs对生命活动及肿瘤发生起重要调控作用。lncRNAs的异常表达在多种人类肿瘤中发现，然而其功能及作用机制还有待于进一步研究。本文对lncRNAs的作用机制及其在人类肿瘤中的研究现状进行综述。 |

| Abstract: |
| Long noncoding RNAs （lncRNAs） are mRNA-like, non-protem-coding RNAs that are pervasively transcribed from human genomes. It has been increasingly recognized that lncRNAs may play major regulatory roles in development and cancer. These new class of transcripts are frequently aberrantly expressed in a variety of human cancers, however, their effects and mechanism remain to be clarified. In this review, we highlight the emerging evidence on the association of lncRNAs with diverse human cancers. |
