| 本文对精神分裂症患者嗅觉功能研究进展进行综述，主要介绍常用嗅觉功能评估方法；精神分裂症患者心理物理学评估结果及影响因素；患者嗅觉系统影像学及生理学研究结果；嗅觉功能与认知功能及临床特征的关联，并探讨了嗅觉功能检测在精神分裂症患者临床诊疗中运用价值。 |

| This review provides updated information on the following aspects of olfactory deficits in schizophrenia patients： introduction of olfactory function assessment tools; results of psychophysical tests of olfactory system and affecting factors; structural and physiological abnormality of olfactory system; correlation of olfactory function with cognitive ability and clinical characters. The review also gives our insight into potential clinical application of olfactory assessment in the future. |
