| 目前接受盆底重建术的患者多为高龄且合并基础疾病者，其术后并发症多、心理生理应激大、住院时间长、医疗成本高。加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery, ERAS）的发展与应用为这一问题的解决提供了路径和方法。然而当前国内关于ERAS在妇科盆底重建手术中的相关研究仍十分有限。本文着重介绍盆底重建手术中ERAS理念的应用现状及研究进展，旨在ERAS在盆底重建术中临床应用的开展与推广提供指引与方向。 |

| Abstract: |
| Patients undergoing pelvic floor reconstruction surgery are mostly middle-aged and elderly women with various underlying diseases, the procedure may cause postoperative complications, high psychological and physiological stress for patients, leading to long hospital stay and high medical costs. The development and application of enhanced recovery after surgery（ERAS) may alleviate this problem. However, currently the domestic research on ERAS in pelvic floor reconstruction surgery is still very limited. Therefore, this article reviews the application status and research progress of the ERAS in pelvic floor reconstruction surgery, aiming to provide insights to the clinical application of ERAS in pelvic floor reconstruction surgery. |
