| 肠缺血再灌注（ischemia-reperfusion, I/R）损伤是临床上常见的病理生理过程，是指组织或器官缺血后重获血供反而加重损伤的现象。其发病率逐年上升，但目前仍缺乏有效的治疗手段和药物。近年来间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs)移植治疗肠I/R损伤成为研究热点。本文对MSCs移植治疗肠I/R损伤的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Ischemia-reperfusion（I/R) injury is a pathophysiological process in which the degree of tissue and organ damage is augmented after regaining blood supply on the basis of ischemic injury. Intestinal Ischemia/Reperfusion injury is common clinically; however, its treatment methods and relevant efficacy are limited. In recent years, mesenchymal stem cells（MSCs) transplantation has become a research hotspot in the treatment of intestinal I/R injury. This article reviews the research progress of MSCs therapy for intestinal I/R injury. |
