急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction, AMI)是冠状动脉突发的、持续性缺血缺氧导致的心肌损伤过程,众多证据表明外泌体在AMI过程中发挥重要的作用。外泌体作为细胞外囊泡的一员,通过多种信息分子传递细胞间信号,从而介导多种病理生理过程。本文以外泌体内不同种信号传递物质作为切入点,探讨外泌体在对AMI诊治过程中的影响,并讨论其在AMI诊疗过程中的展望。 |

Abstract: |
Acute myocardial infarction is the myocardial damage caused by coronary ischemia and hypoxia. A lot of research evidence have shown that exosomes play an important role in the development of acute myocardial infarction. As a member of extracellular vesicles, exosomes carry information molecules that transmit intercellular signals and mediate a variety of pathophysiological processes. This article reviews the different kinds of signal transmitting proteins inside the exosomes, and their effects on the process of acute myocardial infarction; also discuss the potential application of exosomes in the diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction. |
