| 摘要: |
| 内脏高敏感（visceral hypersensitivity）是肠易激综合征（irritable bowel syndrome, IBS）等功能性胃肠病的核心发病机制。长期精神应激可诱发内脏高敏感并加重IBS患者腹痛等症状，杏仁核（amygdala）则是参与精神应激反应的重要核团。研究发现机械刺激（如结直肠扩张）可导致IBS患者的杏仁核被持续激活。现概述杏仁核在精神应激诱发IBS内脏高敏感形成中的神经影像学、神经内分泌机制以及相关神经环路的研究进展，并对以杏仁核为靶点在治疗IBS等疾病中可能的研究方向作一简单探讨。 |

| Abstract: |
| Visceral hypersensitivity is a key factor in the pathophysiology of functional gastrointestinal diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome（IBS). Long-term psychological stress is suggested to induce visceral hypersensitivity, in which the amygdala plays an important role. More consistent activation of the amygdala has been found in response to rectal distension in patients with IBS. This article reviews the research progress of the amygdala in neuroimaging, neuroendocrine mechanisms, and related neural circuits in the formation of visceral hypersensitivity in IBS induced by psychological stress, and discusses the possible research directions of the amygdala as a target in the treatment of IBS. |
