肺动脉高压(pulmonary hypertension, PH)是以肺血管显著重构及血管负荷进行性增大为特征的一类综合征,疾病进展常伴随右心室重构及肥厚,最终导致右心衰而致死亡。近年来,表观遗传机制特别是RNA甲基化的研究进展,揭示了表观遗传修饰与PH之间的密切关系,并为诊断和治疗PH提供了新的潜在靶点。N6-甲基腺苷(m6A)、N7-甲基鸟苷(m7G)是真核细胞中最普遍和最丰富的内部转录后RNA修饰类型。本文主要对m6A甲基化修饰,m7G甲基化修饰在PH发生发展过程中的作用及其机制进行综述。 |

Abstract: |
Pulmonary hypertension(PH) is a progressive disease with poor prognosis characterized by persistent vasoconstriction and excessive vascular remodeling, leading to right heart dysfunction. PH causes a series of clinical symptoms and right heart failure, ultimately resulting in the death of patients due to lack of effective treatment. Recently, the research progress has revealed the close relationship between epigenetic mechanisms, especially RNA methylation and pulmonary hypertension, indicating potential targets for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension. N6-methyladenosine(m6A) and N7-methylguanosine(m7G) are the most prevalent and abundant type of internal post-transcriptional RNA modification. This article reviews the role and mechanism of m6A and m7G methylation in the development of pulmonary hypertension. |
