| 摘要: |
| 糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetic peripheral neuropathy, DPN）是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一，其引起的下肢感觉异常是导致足部溃疡，甚至截肢的首要原因，目前临床上尚无特效的治疗方法。间充质干细胞（mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs）因具有多项分化潜能，能旁分泌神经营养因子、血管生成因子及细胞外基质分子，在调节炎症反应、血管生成、免疫和抗氧化反应中发挥着重要作用，成为治疗DPN的研究热点。本文就间充质干细胞治疗DPN的临床前研究及临床研究进行综述，总结研究中存在的不足及经验教训，为后续开展大样本临床研究提供新的方法。 |

| Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) is one of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus，which results in lower limb paresthesia and foot ulcers becoming a leading reason for amputation. There is no effective treatment for DPN so far. Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) have multi-lineage potential and can secrete paracrine neurotrophic factors, angiogenesis factors and extracellular matrix molecules to regulate inflammatory response, angiogenesis, immune and antioxidant responses. MSCs have become a research hotspot in the treatment of DPN recently. In this article we review the research progress onmesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and related issues to provide information for further clinical studies. |
