| 目前临床上对帕金森病的早期诊断，主要依靠病史资料及典型的症状体征，易与其他的帕金森综合征相混淆。多年来，国内外学者致力于寻找帕金森病早期诊断的可靠标志物。随着对帕金森病神经病理学和影像学的不断认识，研究者发现帕金森病患者的唾液腺相关标志物对疾病的早期诊断提供了一定帮助。本文将对该领域的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Abstract: |
| At present, the early diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease mainly relies on the medical history and typical symptoms and signs, which is frequently confused with other neurodegenerative diseases. Over the years, researchers focused on reliable markers for Parkinson’s disease, and have found that biomarkers in salivary gland and saliva may contribute to the early diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease. This article reviews the research progress in this field. |
