肺部听诊是体格检查的重要手段,自1816年Lannec发明听诊器以来,听诊广泛应用于临床尤其是呼吸系统疾病中,成为呼吸科医师诊断和评估疾病的重要检查手段。近年来,随着传感芯片以及人工智能技术的迅速发展,呼吸音数字化分析,即通过记录存储呼吸音并应用人工智能算法对呼吸音进行定量分析,为呼吸音指导临床诊疗提供了新的选择。本文就听诊目前面临的挑战、呼吸音数字化分析概述、呼吸音数字化分析在肺部体格检查中的意义以及其在呼吸系统疾病诊断中的辅助价值进行综述,旨在提高呼吸学界对呼吸音数字化分析技术的重视。 |

Abstract: |
Auscultation has been an essential means for the diagnosis and evaluation of respiratory disorders since the stethoscope was invented by Lannec in 1816. Computerized respiratory sound analysis(CRSA) has been developed with the advances of sensing chips and artificial intelligence in recent years, which can record, store and quantitatively analyze respiratory sound to accurately diagnose lung diseases by artificial intelligence algorithm. In this review, we summarize the challenges of traditional auscultation in clinical practice, the research progress of CRSA and its application in physical examination and diagnosis of respiratory diseases. |
