工程化微生物是指对微生物进行定制化的修饰、包封或基因改造。工程化微生物在保留原有微生物生物特性的同时,赋予了它们一些外源特性,已成为当前生物医学领域的研究热点。本文介绍了工程化微生物的改造方法和在结直肠癌治疗中的应用策略,探讨了工程化微生物在结直肠癌治疗中的潜在机制,并展望了其在结直肠癌治疗中的潜在应用价值,旨在为该领域的研究提供新思路。 |

Abstract: |
Engineered Microorganisms refer to the modification, encapsulation, or genetic alteration of microbes. Engineered microorganisms have become a current research hotspot in the field of biomedicine by preserving the biological properties of the original microorganisms while solving their problems in clinical applications, such as precise drug delivery and the balance between safety and efficacy. In this review, we introduce the methods of microbial engineering and their application strategies in colorectal cancer therapy; also discuss the underlying mechanisms and the prospect of clinical application. |
