xSPECT/CT较传统的SPECT/CT相比图像质量得到进一步改善,且定量指标标准摄取最大值(maximum standardized uptake value, SUVmax)可作为生物学标志物客观反映放射性核素浓聚水平,近年来被逐渐应用于临床研究中。本文对xSPECT/CT在重建算法方面的优势以及骨良恶性病变、非骨骼病变和深度学习技术的应用进行综述。 |

Abstract: |
xSPECT/CT offers further improvement in image quality compared to traditional SPECT/CT, and the quantitative metric maximum standardized uptake value(SUVmax) can serve as a biological marker objectively reflecting the concentration level of radioactive isotopes. In recent years, it has gradually been applied in clinical research. This article provides an overview of the advantages of xSPECT/CT in reconstruction algorithms, its applications in malignant bone lesions, benign bone lesions and non-skeletal lesions, and related deep learning techniques. |
