| 摘要: |
| 缺血性脑卒中有高发病率、高死亡率和高致残率的特点。炎症反应贯穿急性缺血性脑卒中的全过程，不同的免疫细胞对于急性缺血性脑卒中影响不同。相比较于外周血中单一的炎性指标，复合炎性指标更能反应急性缺血性脑卒中患者炎症水平，其指标已经被应用于缺血性脑卒中的诊断与预后。本文就炎症反应及免疫应答与急性缺血性脑卒相互作用以及血常规中常见的、易获得的复合炎性指标在急性缺血性脑卒中患者临床应用进行综述。 |

| Abstract: |
| Ischemic stroke is characterized by a high incidence and mortality. Inflammation response is involved in whole cause of stroke and various immune cells exert different effects on acute ischemic stroke. Compared with the single inflammatory maker of blood routine, composite inflammatory markers can better reflect the levels of inflammation in patients with acute ischemic stroke, which have been applied to the diagnosis and prognosis of stroke. This article reviews the relationship of inflammation and immunity with acute ischemic stroke, and the clinical application of the common composite inflammatory markers for patients with acute ischemic stroke. |
